It was Thorbjorn Olesen's day at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship. He shot a great 7 under 65 at St Andrews to get to seventeen under par, and hold a three shot lead over Germany’s Florian Fritsch.

It’s good news that John Daly is recovering well from this weekend’s scare. He was taken to hospital with a collapsed lung, but was released the following day, and even turned up at the event to hit a couple of shots. That’s quality. But it really was a quite serious incident.....
