It was a banner day for American Elizabeth Szokol on Thursday at the HSBC Women’s World Championship. The 28-year-old carded a new career-low round, an eight-under 64 at the Tanjong Course at Sentosa Golf Club in Singapore that was highlighted by an eagle on the par-5, 5th and seven birdies.
Meghan MacLaren’s tradition of winning in Australia continued as she fired a final round of three-under (69) to win the Australian Women’s Classic – Bonville. The Englishwoman secured her third LET title with a one-shot victory at Bonville Golf Resort and it was also her third win Down Under.
American Sihwan Kim produced an excellent third round to hold an eight-point lead heading into the final day at the Trust Golf Asian Mixed Stableford Challenge.
Celine Boutier holds a one-shot lead heading into the final day of the Lacoste Ladies Open de France after a second round score of 66 (-5) was enough to put her into the ascendancy at Golf Club de Medoc.

French amateur Lucie Malchirand and England’s Ellie Givens tied for the lead on the opening day of the Ladies Italian Open at Golf Club Margara. Malchirand set the early pace posting a six-under-par 66 to take the clubhouse lead while two birdies on the final two holes ensured Givens matched the Frenchwoman.
