UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson yesterday confirmed the news we had all been praying for – golf is back from 2 December! Boris stated that when the four-week national lockdown due to coronavirus comes to an end, outdoor sports will be allowed once again. "I can confirm the national restrictions in England will end on the 2 December and they will not be renewed," said Johnson.

John Daly shock cancer diagnosis

Two-time major champion and ultimate GolfPunk John Daly has revealed his diagnosis with bladder cancer. The big man underwent surgery after the tumour showed up during a routine check-up for kidney stones. Although the cancer was removed there is sadly a high chance of it returning and so Daly will be under constant medical supervision for the coming year. . We wish the big man well!
