  Callum Shinkwin defeated Kalle Samooja in a play-off to win his first European Tour title after a dramatic final day at the 2020 Aphrodite Hills Cyprus Open. However, he was looking over his shoulder as the tournament host, Tommy Fleetwood, closed to within three shots.   Garrick Higgo was the beneficiary of a sad collapse by Chesson Hadley to win the Palmetto Championship at Congaree by one stroke and claim his maiden PGA Tour title at just his second outing. The 22-year-old Higgo finished at eleven-under 273 at Congaree Golf Club, Ridgeland, South Carolina, to win by a single shot from a group of six players on ten-under.

  South Africa’s Branden Grace produced a stunning finish to win his second PGA Tour title in the Puerto Rico Open. He credited inspiration from his late father for his superb finish of eagle, bogey, which stole the trophy away from Jhonattan Vegas.
