England's Charley Hull trails American Lizette Salas by a single shot after the opening round of the KPMG Women's PGA Championship in Atlanta. Hull, who started at the 10th tee, was one-under to the turn before coming alive on her back nine with four birdies and a lone bogey to card a four-under-par 68.
