On Saturday at The Chevron Championship, it was Jennifer Kupcho who set the Dinah Shore Tournament Course at Mission Hills ablaze. Nine birdies and one bogey later, Kupcho fired an eight-under 64 to set the low round of the week, as well as a new personal best, and sit at the top of the championship leaderboard at sixteen-under overall.

When the UK government announced the change to the COVID-19 rules, we wondered how this would impact on golf societies planning events. England Golf has now made an announcement providing advice to the golf world. It's still not one hundred per cent clear but it does not bode well for larger groups of golfers hoping to get together. European Tour golf is to return with the first tournament in a six week 'UK Swing' kicking off with the Betfred British Masters hosted by Lee Westwood, which will take place between 22nd and 25th July – a week earlier than originally scheduled. Dates have also been announced for four Rolex Series events including the Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open.
Denmark’s Emily Kristine Pedersen stamped her authority on the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open with a commanding second round 65 (-7) to take a six-shot lead at 16-under-par heading into the final day at Beroun Golf Club. Pedersen came into the tournament as the highest ranked player on the Rolex Rankings and played like it.

England’s Lily May Humphreys fired a fantastic final six-under-par round of 67 to secure a two-shot victory at the Joburg Ladies Open. The 20-year-old began the day six shots behind overnight leader Moa Folke and got off to a good start with two birdies in her first two holes before her only dropped shot of the day on the third.
