The six automatic qualifiers for the U.S. Ryder Cup Team are; World No.1 Scottie Scheffler, US Open Champion Wyndham Clark, The 151st Open Winner Brian Harman, Patrick Cantlay, Max Homa and Xander Schauffele
The Open Championship is the final major of the season with the 151st playing of The Open and the 13th at Royal Liverpool Golf Club, the first since 2014. 42 players in the field competed at the 2014 Open Championship, including winner Rory McIlroy and four others that finished in the top 10: Rickie Fowler, Adam Scott, Charl Schwartzel and Shane Lowry.
The third major of the year is The U.S. Open, which will be the first major championship held at The Los Angeles Country Club and will be contested on the North Course. A host of both PGA Tour players and 15 LIV Golf Tour players will be competing for one of the most prestigious titles in golf.

Thirty men, honourable and true, will tee it up at the East Lake Golf Club just outside Atlanta with dollar signs in their eyes. Scotland's Martin Laird held his nerve in a three-man playoff at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open to grab his first PGA Tour victory for over seven years. A birdie at the second extra hole saw off the challenge of Americans Austin Cook and Matthew Wolff earning Laird the $1.26m winner's cheque. Mexico's Abraham Ancer finished in outright fourth place on 20 under par after a closing 67.
After being bumped to mid-November last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Masters will be resuming its usual place as the first major on the golfing calendar. The world's best players will tee it up at Augusta National from April 8-11.
Darren Clarke will hit the opening tee shot at The 148th Open, while fellow local favourite Rory McIlroy is paired with US Open champion Gary Woodland for the opening two rounds at Royal Portrush, which we cannot wait to see!
