We love Paige Spiranac, she is not only a good golfer but she also speaks her mind. Her Podcast ‘Playing a Round’ is well worth a listen and in her most recent one she takes a shot at golf and the hypocrisy within the game.
Tiger finishes the first round 3-under and five behind the leaders in the low scoring conditions in Virginia. Andy Sullivan is top Brit at 6-under.
Celine Boutier holds a one-shot lead heading into the final day of the Lacoste Ladies Open de France after a second round score of 66 (-5) was enough to put her into the ascendancy at Golf Club de Medoc.
England's Lee Westwood rolled back the years to take the halfway lead at TPC Sawgrass following a flawless six-under round of 66. It will be the third time Westwood has led the field going into the weekend at The Players Championship, the prior occasions being when he was a much younger man.
Sweden’s Caroline Hedwall added a two-under-par bogey-free round of 70 to yesterday’s effort of 65 to maintain a narrow one-shot lead at nine-under-par from England’s Meghan MacLaren heading into the final round at the OMEGA Dubai Moonlight Classic. Thailand’s Pajaree Anannarukarn and USA’s Yealimi Noh both fired an opening round of 65 to lead on six-under-par at The Amundi Evian Championship. Anannarukarn posted a bogey-free opening round with three birdies on the front nine followed by three on the back.

Two-time LPGA winner Celine Boutier and World number four Lydia Ko are tied at the top of the leaderboard heading into the final round of the 2022 Trust Golf Women’s Scottish Open.
When she successfully defended her U.S. Women’s Open title in 2001 at Pine Needles Lodge & Golf Club, Karrie Webb ran away from a stellar field to produce an eight-stroke victory. Now a fellow Australian with close ties to the World Golf Hall of Famer is threatening to do the same thing on the same Donald Ross layout in the 77th U.S. Women’s Open Presented by ProMedica.
