Pia Babnik triumphed in a playoff to win the Jabra Ladies Open after a final round of 70 (-1) left her tied at the top at four-under-par alongside Annabel Dimmock. The Slovenian star birdied her final two holes to put her in pole position and secure the clubhouse lead before England’s Dimmock made a birdie on the 18th to force a playoff.

South Africa’s Nicole Garcia is the lone leader at the Investec South African Women’s Open and will take a one-shot lead into the weekend. On a difficult day at Westlake Golf Club, Garcia had an early start and used it to her advantage as she set the clubhouse lead at level-par with three birdies on her card.

As the final day of the Volunteers of America Classic began with two major champions, Inbee Park and So Yeon Ryu, and LPGA Tour rookie Yealimi Noh with the 54-hole lead, Angela Stanford rose to the occasion just 55 minutes away from home at the Old American Golf Club. She secured her seventh career LPGA Tour victory and first since her maiden major title at the 2018 Evian Championship.
