The Players Championship is set to run into Monday for the first time since 2005 as storms continued to hit the TPC Sawgrass course in Florida. The 22-year-old made the most of her familiar surroundings in Skafto, as she kept her composure amid gusty conditions to share the lead after 18 holes played.
Lucas Herbert produced a brilliant battling final round 68 to win his second European Tour title in wire-to-wire fashion at the 2021 Dubai Duty Free Irish Open.
Matthias Schwab’s red-hot form continued at the Betfred British Masters hosted by Danny Willett as the Austrian fired a six-under-par 66 to take the lead after the first round at The Belfry. The 26-year-old, who has three top ten finishes in his last four starts, carded three successive birdies from the 16th hole, making the turn three-under-par after starting from the tenth.
Adrian Otaegui produced a brilliant closing round of 63 to storm to his first 72-hole stroke-play victory on the European Tour at the Scottish Championship presented by AXA. Otaegui entered the day four shots off the lead of Wallace but eight birdies in 11 holes from the fifth helped him finish at 23 under par, four clear of the Englishman.
Tommy Fleetwood will go in search of a third Rolex Series victory at the Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open after making the most of wet conditions at The Renaissance Club. Fleetwood is joined at seven under par alongside Ryder Cup teammate Ian Poulter, who battled to a 73, Swede Marcus Kinhult (71) and Ormsby (70).

Meanwhile, India’s Shubhankar Sharma recorded the first albatross on the 2020 Race to Dubai, holing out from 241 yards with his second shot on the 588 yard par 17th hole.
Sophia Popov continued her love for Royal Troon as she opened up a commanding three-stroke lead heading into the final round of the AIG Women’s Open.
