Paul Casey lurking at Dean & Deluca

Sounds ominous...

Paul Casey shot a two under par 68 yesterday to trail leader Webb Simpson by two shots going into the final round in Texas.

2012 US Open champion Simpson battled through another windy day at the famous Colonial course in Fort Worth, posting -9 after 54 holes.  He also lipped out from 15 feet at the last hole of the day.

"Simpson, eh?..."

G-Mac dropped shots at three consecutive holes on his front nine as he shot a two-over 72 to fall seven strokes adrift, but Sergio Garcia is in touch, just 5 shots back of the lead.

Casey hasn't won on the PGA Tour since 2009, but he posted three birdies in four holes from the 10th and almost holed out his tee shot into the par three 13th.

After finishing with a 23-foot putt for a birdie at the last, Casey told reporters: "The weeks I've putted well I've always had a chance to win, or won. We can't predict the future but I'm very excited with how I've been playing."

It wasn't;t such plain sailing for Jordan Spieth however as his caddie Mike Greller was taken ill due to the humidity and heat. Spieth played the last seven holes with trainer Damon Goddard on the bag.

"Michael went down with heat exhaustion," said Spieth. "When we were walking down the 11th, he said: 'This is my last hole.' I thought he was acting a little strange, a little quiet."
