Tiger Woods to tee it up with Justin Thomas

As tournament host, Tiger Woods has been able to make his own choice of playing partner, and he has given World Number 3 Justin Thomas the box seat.

The pair will tee off at 12:05PM ET (17.05 GMT) in Round 1 Thursday at Albany.

Tiger told Golf Channel on Sunday that he feels better than he could ever have imagined.

“I am a little surprised,” Woods said. “The fact that I don’t have any pain in my lower back compared to what I was living with for years, it’s just remarkable.”
