Jeunghun Wang leads the Nedbank Challenge

Shots a 64 for 3 shot lead

Jeunghun Wang shot a third-round 64 to take a three-shot lead at the Nedbank Golf Challenge in South Africa.

The 21-year-old South Korean's eight-under round included an eagle and six birdies, and he’s three shots clear of local favourite Louis Oosthuizen, who dropped shots on both of the last two holes.

Meanwhile Andy Sullivan shot a 68 to move third on seven under, but overnight leader Alex Noren, who has been on such great form this year, had a very disappointing 75 and he’s now six off the lead.

Henrik Stenson must win this weekend and see Danny Willett finish outside the top 10 to complete his season as Europe's top golfer, but he’s a full seven shots behind the leader having shot a 69.

Willett is still in contention for a Top 10 finish, as he steadied the ship with a 67 to leave himself at level par. He shot an opening round 75, and followed that with a 74. He’s not enjoying his golf at the moment, and it’s showing out there on the course.

But it was Wang’s day: "I'm so happy that I shot 64 and I'm more happy that I didn't have any bogeys," Wang told the European Tour website.

"I shot eight under on this course in this wind, I still cannot believe it. I don't want to think about any win. I just want to focus on the last 18 holes. I'll just try to do the same as today."
