An historic golf course with a clubhouse and hotel is up for sale for just short of £1 million - £950,000 to be totally accurate.

Rhos on Sea Golf Course, “reputedly the friendliest Golf Club in North Wales”, is an 18 Hole parkland course but because it’s right beside the sea it plays very much like a links course, it has fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys and is a haven for wildlife.

The 18-hole club was founded in 1899 with the present clubhouse being constructed in 1905.

We don’t think that’s bad for £950,000 as it comes with 99 acres of parkland, a hotel and a golf course all in. You'd only get a four bedroom place for that money down in our neck of the woods!
