Ed's Letter PGA Week

Including: Help The Gravy, Bunch of Arse and the GP Jukebox

Ed’s letter

We can hardly conceal our excitement here at GP Towers. It’s USPGA week and, not only that, it’s at Whistling Straits – one of the best golf courses to watch the event on TV. And Rory is back!! Hopefully his body will hold up OK and he can give Spieth, Johnson et all a run for their money. Make sure you check out our Instagram account (GolfPunkHQ) from where we will be posting inside the ropes pics from Wednesday onwards.

Massive congratulations to Shane Lowry for his stunning victory at the Bridgestone. Those miracle shots on the back nine will have the hairs on my arms affro-ing for some time to come. That’s Shane well and truly in the big time. http://www.golfpunkhq.com/equipment/article/shane-lowrys-wgc-winning-whats-in-the-bag

Hannah Burke admitted to being "in a state of shock" after winning her first Ladies European Tour title in TipsPort Golf Masters in the Czech Republic. "I'm absolutely lost for words," said Burke. "I didn't really focus too much on winning. I had a little goal set each day and went out to achieve them and I've come out on top, so it feels good." Hannah’s final round included seven Birdies and zero bogeys. Wowzers. Congrats also to Melissa Reid and Charley Hull who both qualified for the Solheim Cup. http://www.golfpunkhq.com/news/article/hannah-burke-wins-maiden-victory

When I haven't been getting over excited about the PGA, I've been getting very upset and ranty about the demise of my local pitch & putt course – not to mention hundreds of others across the globe. You can read it here:

Right, now to pick my Fantasy team for the PGA!! You can enter free here, see how you get on against the GolfPunk crew!!
