At only 22 years old, Jordan Spieth has already had a glittering golfing career with its fair share of ups and downs. His recent heartbreaking collapse on the final day at Augusta was agonising to watch, but at such an early age, and having already won the tournament the previous year, it shouldn’t be too traumatic for the young star.

Spieth was born in Dallas, Texas, in 1993, and has lived a fairytale golfing career since first breaking onto the scene as a junior amateur. He won the US Junior Amateur in 2009 and 2011, becoming the only other multiple winner, after Tiger Woods – a legend he also shares the Masters 72-hole record with.
