Bell got a sponsor's exemption to the Club Colombia Championship in Bogota on the Web.com tour. And I'm guessing as he wakes up today – and realises he just missed the cut by some distance after shooting +56 for the opening two days – he'll be wishing the sponsors hadn't been quite so generous.

It says DQ next to his name on the web.com  leaderboard but it's not clear what he was actually disqualified for. Being rubbish at golf and wasting everyone's time probably. 

Bell, a local favourite who has now entered legendary status,  was supported by a large gallery. The inquest continues...
