Despite Justin Thomas apologising at length for the expletive he used at the Sentry Tournament of Champions Ralph Lauren have decided he is not worthy enough to wear their clobber. As well as ending their sponsorship deal the player they issued a rather withering directive to JT.

The PGA of America has announced its decision to move the 2020 PGA Championship away from Donald Trump's Bedminster course in New Jersey. The tournament was awarded to the Trump National Golf Club Bedminster back in 2012.

A colossal storm seems to have followed Gary Player and Annika Sorenstam receiving a Presidential Medal of Freedom from Donald Trump in a closed-door ceremony on Thursday. Apparently, both players should have refused the medals due to the Capitol Building's invasion in Washington by Trump's supporters.

RIP Peter Alliss

The game of golf has lost one of its greats. Peter Allis who was the 'Voice of golf' and commentated on golf for the BBC for some six decades, passed away suddenly on Saturday night. To us, he was simply the best! "It is with great sadness we announce the passing of golfing and broadcast legend Peter Alliss," said Alliss' family.
