Rory's got engaged

Breaking news! It's official. Rory McIlroy has got engaged to Erica Stoll. He only went and got down on his knees in Paris to propose. Good work, and many congratulations from all at GolfPunk Towers.
Rory tweeted this from Paris. Supporting Paris and clearly getting in the mood.
Erica Stoll is a former manager of championship volunteer operations for the PGA of America, and it was she who famously saved McIlroy from missing his singles match at the 2012 Ryder Cup at Medinah.
McIlroy called off his engagement to tennis star Caroline Wozniacki in May 2014, just months before their New York wedding.In a statement announcing the news, he said: “The wedding invitations issued at the weekend made me realize that I wasn’t ready for all that marriage entails.”
But there now seems to have been a massive change of heart, and he now appears ready to walk up the aisle with Erica. We wish him the best of luck.
