Rickie Fowler wins at real estate

Gets $2.85 million asking price for his waterfront home

Rickie Fowler has sold his waterfront home in Jupiter, Fla., for the full asking price of $2.85 million.

The two-story house in a gated enclave was put on the market in September and was under contract within a week.  Fowler paid $1.6 million for the property in 2010, so has made a nice turn to say the least.

The property has 123 feet of frontage on the Loxahatchee River, and 4,600 square feet of contemporary living space with formal living and dining rooms, a great room and a den.

A modern chef’s kitchen has an oversized island and glass doors that open to the backyard.

The master suite sports an updated walk-in closet and a lavish bath for a total of four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Outdoors, the more than half-acre setting centers on a swimming pool and pool deck, along with lawns, tropical landscaping and a boat dock with two lifts.
