Paul Casey 3 ahead at Deutsche Bank

McIlroy also on major charge after 66

Paul Casey shot a blistering 66 in the third round at the Deutsche Bank to finish -15 overall and taker a three shot lead into the final round on Monday. If he triumphs it will be only Casey's second PGA Tour win, the first being the 2009 Shell Houston Open, where he beat J.B. Holmes in a play off.

Rory McIlroy also shot a five-under 66 which saw him rise 23 places to -9 alongside Justin Rose, Louis Oosthuizen and Tony Finau.

Check this video out as McIlroy and Casey nearly had albatrosses on their respective 18th holes. McIlroy's 210-yard second shot had a quick look in the hole but just lipped out. Looks like it could be an epic Monday finish if Rory carries on like this.

Casey's excellent form could end up haunting Europe's Ryder Cup bid as his experience would have been a welcome addition to a rookie heavy team. If he hadn't resigned his membership of the European Tour, that is...

-15 Casey (Eng)

-12 Harman

-11 Kaufman, Walker, Chappell

-10 Moore

-9 Oosthuizen (Rsa), McIlroy (NI), Finau, Rose (Eng)
