Luke Donald extends with Mizuno

In one of the longest relationships in golf

Mizuno and Luke Donald have announced that one of the longest standing equipment relationships in golf has been extended.

Donald has also switched irons for 2017. Donald who normally opts for one of Mizuno’s classic MP irons has moved onto the increasingly popular JPX900 Tour model.

Compact enough to work the ball, the JPX900 Tour is becoming increasingly chosen for its stability on off centre hits and a few extra yards.

Donald has played Mizuno equipment from his youth and throughout his successful US College career. Since turning professional in 2001, Donald has won 14 times across the PGA Tour, European Tour and Japan Tour, held the world #1 ranking, won the money list on both sides of the Atlantic and has an impressive 10W-4L-1D record in the Ryder Cup.

Donald's recent form has slipped, and he's now 97 in the OWGR. But no one doubts the qualtiy of his iron play, or choice of weapon.
