Justin Rose regains World No 1 ranking

Despite not playing in Hawaii

Justin Rose has reclaimed the world No. 1 spot, even though he did not play at the Tournament of Champions last week in Hawaii, which was won by Xander Schauffle.

But that did not stop him replacing Brooks Koepka at the top of the world rankings.

Koepka came in 24th, whilst needing at least a tie for 8th to maintain his World No 1 ranking.

Rose was World No. 1 last year twice, but only for short spells. If he can keep up the wonderful form he showed in 2018, we are hoping that he will keep that position for a lot longer.

He’s now playing Honma Clubs, and has a new clothing deal with Bonamas, so that is the off season business dealt with. Now is the time to crack on and dominate.
