English Tour Pros getting ahead of themselves

With 'It's coming home' wedges

English Tour pros Chris Wood and Matthew Fitzpatrick might be getting a bit ahead of themselves, as they have had their Titleist wedges stamped with “It’s coming home.”

They are competing in this week’s Scottish Open at Gullane, but with England yet to play Croatia, it all feels dangerously previous. 

If England get through then that’s all well and good, and they can tee it up safe in the knowledge that England will be playing France during what will be the final day of the Scottish Open. Will there be English players deliberately missing the cut if England get through?
