Drunk man arrested on golf cart

A man has been arrested for allegedly stealing a golf buggy covered in balloons and driving it drunk for "many miles" to get a McDonald's.

According to the BBC, Northamptonshire Police stopped a man on the A45 at Daventry in the early hours after he had been to the fast-food outlet.

Inspector Anthony Rawson said a cart had been stolen from a golf club near Towcester.

A man has been arrested on suspicion of theft and drink driving. 

You can add charges of gross stupidy as well, as he is clearly no master criminal. If he thought no one would notice a ballooned up golf cart driving down the A45, then he clearly had it coming.
