In spite of a triple bogey at the par-four 10th, Dustin Johnson carded 67 to go to the top of the leaderboard on 17 under.

Johnson had a two-shot lead going into the final round, however South African Grace shot a bogey-free, five-under 65 to join him at the top of the leaderboard.
Australian Smith then followed up with a 61 by making nine birdies and a  bogey-free final round, taking it to a three-way tie at the top.

On the playoff hole, all three players saw their approach shots finish in the same general area below the hole. Grace missed his attempt, then Johnson knocked his in. Smith had the closest look but for one of the few times Sunday could not find the bottom of the cup, Giving Johnson his second career LIV win at the Cedar Ridge Country Club.

All eyes will now be the second major of the year, the US PGA Championship, which begins at Oak Hill in Rochester, New York state on Thursday.
"I feel like I'm doing everything really well right now" said Johnson. "I'm really looking forward to next week, obviously get up there and get out and get a little practice in."
