Squats throwing ball in the air: Shot on location at PGA Catalunya

Today we are outside next to the pool, working on our balance and core and glutes and many other muscles. This particular exercise is really good for golfers for stability and will help you hit the ball longer.

1) For this exercise use the ball. Note that you are going to be throwing it up in the air, so make sure it’s not too heavy.

2) Hold your ball in front of your chest and then take a lunge to the side and squat.

3) Come up to standing position and throw the ball in the air and catch. Repeat the side squat 10 times and then change to the other leg.

Make sure you tense your core when you squat and enjoy!
