Strippergate! When flagpoles go bad

Strip club hires public course

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GwujbZ9ZddQ

We were one asked to be the official media partner of a golf day for a Gentleman's club. The money was good, it was being held at a great location, but it just didn't feel right. We knew it was the wrong thing to be involved with. But what was planned looked positively angelic compared to this golf tournament that has just happened in New Jersey.

It's one thing having a strip club sponsor a golf day. It's another doing it on a publicly owned course, that is visible from the street. That's what happened when the Bada Bing, sorry the Sunrise in New Jersey, put on a golf day at Passaic County Golf Course. The NBC I team investigated and found all sorts going on, lets just say they weren't too hot on golfing etiquette that day. We think our favourite thing was the discount for uniformed police and and fireman. Where they after some protection?

The Sunrise don't understand what all the fuss is about, and posted this to Facebook..

"On Monday, July 25 Sunrise Gentlemen's Lounge held its 6th annual golf outing at the beautiful Passaic County Golf Course in Wayne, NJ.
Even though the rains shortened the outing, it was again another successful and meaningful day for all that participated.

The outing supported monetary donations to the Orlando massacre and the Dallas police shooting along with a vacation for an 8-year-old girl who lost her Mom in a tragic DWI crash.
Entertainers of the club dressed in golf apparel acted as caddies for the golfers for the entire afternoon.
After the outing a private gathering took place at Sunrise Gentlemen's Lounge, 556 Straight St where by dinner was served and awards and donations were handed out to the specific organizations.
Sponsors that donated to the various causes were personally invited by the clubs management to attend and be part of an amazing afternoon. All involved were said to be looking forward to next year!!!"
