7.45am: After feeding the dogs Blair doesn't have time for an actual breakfast so she slots in a couple of protein pills instead, not forgetting to throw a decent pose in the process in case someone is watching...

9.07am: Blair and her wing men throw some shapes for the Golf Channel down at the old warehouse on the docks...

11.55am: Blair high tails it to GlenArbour Golf Club in New York to swing the wrenches and generally 'blaze that shit up' on the fairways

12.44pm: Blair flushes her tee shot and everyone goes bonkers...

2pm: No time to mess about, Blair has a gym session to destroy. The air is filled with shouts of "Maximise the extreme", "Unlock the envelope" and "Pump that stick!" as she works out while deftly balancing a wooden stick on her back..
