TaylorMade has unveiled its new Qi4D driver family, introducing four models—Qi4D, Qi4D LS, Qi4D Max and Qi4D Max Lite—designed to deliver the company’s fastest and most fit-focused driver performance to date.
The Qi4D range is built around speed, featuring a new carbon face that is lighter and more efficient than titanium to help increase ball speeds while improving durability. A reengineered roll radius promotes more consistent spin across the face, while an updated cut-through Speed Pocket™ enhances performance on low-face strikes. TaylorMade’s proven 60x Carbon Twist Face™ technology also remains, helping to tighten dispersion on mishits. Aerodynamics have been refined through extensive simulations, with each head shaped to balance clubhead speed, stability and a confidence-inspiring look at address. Fitting plays a central role in the Qi4D lineup. Drawing on data from more than 11 million driver shots, TaylorMade has introduced REAX™ shafts designed around three swing rotation profiles—high, mid and low—making it easier for golfers and fitters to identify the correct head and shaft combination. Launch Monitor Enabled (LME) versions of each model feature built-in reflective face markers, improving fitting accuracy and eliminating the need for traditional impact stickers. Each model is designed for a specific player type: Qi4D offers the most adjustability with four movable weights; Qi4D LS is the fastest and lowest-spinning head; Qi4D Max prioritises forgiveness and stability; and Qi4D Max Lite delivers the same technology in an ultralight build to help maximise swing speed.
In the UK, Qi4D drivers will be available for preorder from 8 January, with full retail availability from 29 January. Standard models will retail at £549, while Launch Monitor Enabled (LME) versions will be priced at £579.
The Qi4D family has already seen early adoption on professional tours worldwide, with several leading players putting the drivers into play late in 2025, underlining TaylorMade’s latest push for speed and custom-fit performance.
