Tiger on target for return

Looking good and 'getting after it'

According Tiger Woods' agent, Lord Steinberg Of Markington, Tiger is "getting after it a bit more", and is on track to return at the Hero World Challenge. first week of December.

Steinberg told ESPN on Tuesday that (referring to his upcoming comeback and recent Ryder Cup role): "He is looking forward to seeing the guys, and being in the locker room instead of being an assistant captain.''

This standing around, talking into microphones and  pointing at stuff isn't all that bad...

I can think of worse places to make your comeback than the Bahamas and the tournament is, after all, hosted by Tiger himself.

Steinberg was understandably cautious when asked exactly how Tigers physical condition is, mindful that Woods pulled out of the Safeway Open in October because he wasn't confident in his game

"Actually it's as boring as shit, get the copter warmed up..."

"My health is good and I feel strong, but my game is vulnerable and not where it needs to be," Tiger said at the time. "I'm close and I won't stop until I get there."

As I reported last week, it seems that Tiger has actually found his game, following a heartfelt public appeal and neighborhood leaflet campaign.
