Jordan Spieth wins 9th PGA Tour event

Pebble Beach didn't know what hit it

Jordan Spieth became the second youngest player to win nine PGA Tour events – 23 years and six months – just one month later than a certain 14-time major winner Tiger of the Woods.

"I could afford to make a couple of mistakes today if I needed to but fortunately I didn't and managed to stay ahead," said Spieth, who shot a two-under-par 70 to beat Kelly Kraft by four shots after KK blasted his way to 67 in the final round.

With this win at Pebble, Spieth became the only player in PGA Tour history to win by three strokes or more, five times before the age of 24.
