A 4-week winning streak doesn't come easy. Nick Fleming studies the form, the course, previous year performers, the conditions, everything. If you fancy a flutter, you've come to the right place...
This is a great story from the Action Network, on Paul Casey’s favourite betting story.
Two main events this week the Nordea in Sweden which hasn’t attracted many top players so we concentrate on the Wyndham in USA !!!
Hold on a minute, a golf tipster who just won the whole kitten kaboodle? And he's done it before? Crikey. We have to admit weren't on this last week but we have learned our lesson. If you'd followed Fleming Golf Tips for the Pheonix and Maybank you'd be considerably happier this week. He called both winners. Here are this week's predictions...
FARMERS INSURANCE Bet before 15.00 GMT Thursday. Live on Sky Sports from Thursday 17.00 GMT. Weather is sunny and, again, competitors need power.
Glen Oaks Golf Club in Old Westbury, New York is hosting its first PGA event and what a better introduction than the playoffs? It is, of course, a nightmare for the punter as we have no idea about players previous record at the course. It’ll be new to the players and of course, new to us.
GolfPunk's new gun-slinger writer Keel Timmins has noticed that past Masters champions, no matter how old, have a habit of blazing up Augusta no matter what their form elsewhere. Very interesting...
The Spiv is back with the inside track....The WGC World Match Play is one of my favourite events of the year. I love Match Play. The only problem is that there isn’t enough of it around on the Tour. This makes it difficult to place a bet. An out of form player with a strong competitive nature can easily win this one.
You can imagine how annoyed the Spiv was yesterday morning when he woke up to find out that Brandt Snedeker didn’t win the Sony Open after a play off. Gomez deserved it and well played, that man. But still managed Each Ways on Sneds and Kisner so on the whole...can’t grumble too much now can I?
Sony Open golf betting. Best value as always from The Golf Spiv. Take your pick from Jimmy Walker (16/1) to some great odds like David Lingmerth 100/1.
With the Golf Spiv still AWOL it looks like it's up to Golfhacker to highlight the ones to watch at the BMW Masters in China. He tipped Russell Knox to fight back and suggested that Danny Willett could come back despite his 100/1 odds on Friday.
Fancy a flutter on the Ryder Cup? Check out Fleming's Golf Tips right here and get your money on the right horses at the courses...
Two events this week, the Nedbank from South Africa and Mayakoba from Mexico, part of the PGA tour.
1st and 2nd for GolfPunk readers at last week’s HSBC event!!! For most of the tournament Tony Finau 29/1 looked like winning, but our other selection Xander Schauffle 56/1 beat him in a play off !!!
The winning run came to an end last weekend with Sergio Garcia winning in Spain and Brooks Koepka in South Korea, both were favs so not on my radar for betting purposes! But we did get Ashley Chester placed at 74/1 in Andalucía and Gary Woodland 2nd at 40/1.
Unfortunately for golf fans, there are only four major championships each year and they all bundle into spring and summer. The 2018 US Masters, US Open, Open Championship, and US PGA are all in the books with Patrick Reed, Brooks Koepka, and Francesco Molinari emerging victorious – Koepka claiming the US Open and PGA Championship.
The Top 20 Golf Bets Of All Time Part 1 of 3: Numbers 20-16
Time to stop hitting the cross bar, I am going for value this week more than ever as the top players are under performing??? It looks like Horschel started last week when he withdrew due to Sinusitis !!
Close but no cigar last week with Tony Finau 59/1 coming 2nd and Adam Scott 5th at 54/1. It's the Dell Technologies in the USA, the second of the FedEx playoff events. We will just concentrate on USA.
The PGA championship is the last major tournament of the season, soon to be followed by the Fed Ex play offs!! The career grand slam event only achieved by 5 golfers Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Ben Hogan and Gene Sarazen, while Bobby Jones won a true golf grand slam in 1930.
What a great last day at the Open last Sunday, there were at least 12 possible winners with 6 holes to go and it's fair to say Tiger is back!!! The winner Francesco Molinari by 2 shots from Justin Rose but it was Tiger that had the crowd on its feet!!!
Two events this week the Scottish Open and the John Deere Classic. We concentrate on the Scottish Open, the last event before The Open. Two near misses last week in Ireland with both Jon Rahm and Andy Sullivan placed!!
Two events this week - the Irish Open and the Greenbrier in the USA. We will focus on the Irish Open, which has attracted a great field and is the ideal warm up for the Open in 2 weeks.
Mullinax 289/1! Amazing goings on at the US Open over the weekend, Brooks Koepka wins for second year in succession and Phil Mickleson try's playing crazy golf on the putting green!!! Our best selection Tony Finau was placed 5th at 109/1.
A welcome return to one of the worlds great golf courses, it’s been slightly redesigned by widening the fairways but it’s still a monster with the prospect for lightning fast greens. Immense skill required to even contend on this great course so I expect the top players to monopolise !!!
Great to have the winner of BMW PGA at Wentworth in Francesco Molinari 24/1 and Brandon Grace 16/1 and Kiradech Aphibarnrat 59/1 placed. And now it is time for Memorial and the Italian Open.
Good to be back with a winner last week as Webb Simpson at 80/1 wins the Players Championship at Sawgrass. The European event this week is the Belgium knockout hosted by Thomas Pieter's and his wife, it's too much of a novelty event to get involved with, so we concentrate on the Byron Nelson in the USA.
It’s the Players Championships in the USA; I haven’t tipped Tiger Woods but I feel he is close to winning soon.
Here are Nick Fleming's golf tips for this week's Wells Fargo Championship from Quail Hollow in North Carolina.
Last week Jon Rahm won the Open de Espana from our selection Paul Dunne who led for almost three rounds!! In USA the RBC Heritage was won by Japanese Satoshi Kodaira please note our selection Adam Hadwin was a non-runner, so you get your money back.
A great finish to this season's first major the Masters resulted in Patrick Reed winning by one shot from Rickie Fowler and a resurgent Jordan Spieth!!! Two events this week the Spanish Open and RBC Heritage from USA.
The Masters – the year's first major and one of the truly great events. Won last year by Sergio Garcia (tipped by yours truly!) Most bookmakers paying out each way on top 10 including Betfair exchange. If you have a few accounts shop around. This week I am advising each way top 10 with a few more selections than normal.
It's the final event before the Masters!!! Best odds for Houston Open...
Great stuff from Rory McIlroy at last weekend's Arnold Palmer Invitational, he must have a great chance at this week's match play event, as has last year's winner Dustin Johnson. But we will try and look outside the two hot Favourites. This week's other event is low key, so we concentrate on the Dell Match play.

Given the length and par combination, it doesn’t take much of a genius to work out there are some long par 4’s round the South Course at Firestone, and length off the tee is certainly important.
