Fleetwood in contention as Tiger makes cut

It's all going off at the Honda

It's tough out there, the cut was +6. But that didn't bother Tommy Fleetwood. It didn't inconvenience Tiger that much either...

Fleetwood battled through difficult, windy conditions at Palm Beach to post a second round 68 to be just one shot off the lead after the second round of the Honda Classic.

Southport's Fleetwood, the reigning Race to Dubai champion, followed up his opening round of 70 with a two-under-par 68 at Palm Beach.

American Luke List shot a brilliant 66 to surge up the leaderboard and is tied with fellow countryman Jamie Lovemark.

But what of Tiger?? Well, the 14-time major winner looks like he is cementing a positive comeback. After missing the cut last week, Tiger Woods shot a 71 and is just four shots off the pace. Can we dare to dream?...

Former world number one Rory McIlroy's struggles continued with the Northern Irishman down in tied 50th place following back-to-back rounds of 72.
