Inbee Park wins HSBC in Singapore

Seven time major winner Inbee Park came from nowhere to record one stroke victory at the HSBC Women's Champions tournament in Singapore on Sunday.

"Peaka-Inbeeeeee"

The 29-year-old roared up the leaderboard on the final day shooting a brilliant a final round eight-under 64 to finish on 19-under at the Sentosa Golf Club, to edge out 21-year-old Thai Ariya Jutanugarn, who finished second after a final-round 66.

"I guess not this year..."

Overnight leader Michelle Wie and No 1 Lydia Ko were in the final group of the day, and were within touching distance going into 18 when play was suspended for lightning. Ko was also even on the day, finishing at 12-under for the tournament while Brooke Henderson shot 66 to finish five behind Park.

"You're on my foot again, Inbeeeeeaaahhh!"

Surprisingly, this (Park's 18th LPGA win) was her first since November 2015. Her most recent win prior to this was her Olympic gold medal in Rio in the summer.

Inbee Park. Quite good at golf then...
