Another victory for Oakmont

World number seven Henrik Stenson no-showed at Oakmont. He’d shot an opening round of 69 to go one under, but his second round was, shall we say, less good.
He was ten over through 16 holes before his round was suspended by darkness. With the cut still to be decided, he would have needed birdies on his final two holes to be in with a shout.
But he clearly did not fancy an early start, so no-showed, which is a pretty poor show.
