GOLFZON launch dart-board game

On their golf simulators

GOLFZON has launched new software for a dart–based golf game to be used on its simulators.

The interactive gaming platform will offer players the opportunity to take shots at a 55–yard diameter dart target board set in the middle of a water hazard.

Points are accumulated according to where tee shots land on the dart board/green, with tee distances set at 55 yards (easy mode), 110 yards (normal) and 165 yards (hard).

"Our vision for ARCADE is to transcend the players’ experience beyond the golf course while attracting new players to the sport,” says GOLFZON America CEO Tommy Lim.

"In addition to elevating the game’s fun factor, ARCADE is the perfect platform for entrepreneurs looking to start a family–friendly entertainment business. This also continues our focus on striving to make the game fun for everyone."

We are already big fans of GOLFZON who provided us with one of their great simulators for our GolfPunk Clubhouse at The Open.

And just outside the GolfPunk Clubhouse we had a giant inflatable dart–board from our partners Genting Casinos. Former Ryder Cup Captain and all-round legend, Paul McGinley did the honours and opened the Clubhouse, and couldn’t help himself when it came to the dart–board.

He got it through the 0 in just five attempts!
