Beef Johnston strips down at the Nordea Masters

In bid to save par

Andrew 'Beef' Johnston striped off his trousers at the Nordea Masters on Friday in a bid to save par.

On the par 4 12th, Johnston pulled his drive into a hazard. When he realised his second shot was playable out of the mud, he decided that his golf trousers had to go and what he really needed was his rain gear.

Beef hit his second shot out the mud to the back of the green and was up and down to save his par.

Johnston made the cut by two strokes, with a 68 and has today posted another 68 to sit T18.
