Hotels pitch in to find next Rory McIlroy

QHotels, managed by RBH, has launched the perfect package for golfing stars of the future - with children of guests and customers allowed to take to the course for free.

Children accompanying adults to any QHotels properties with golfing facilities can hit the driving range or enjoy special golfing experiences free of charge, giving little ones a taste of the game - or helping to hone their skills around the course.

With some of the UK's most stunning golf courses forming part of the QHotels portfolio - including the PGA Championship course at Belton Woods and the Seve Ballesteros-designed course at The Westerwood Hotel and Golf Resort just outside Glasgow - the Little Pitchers package is ideal for those keen to get their children into the game.

Susan Bland, Chief Operations Support Officer for RBH, said: "We are always keen to promote the game to our younger visitors, and by offering our new ‘Little Pitchers' package, we are allowing everyone to enjoy the great game of golf and learn some new skills along the way.

"We have already seen some fantastic junior players come through our properties, with Sam McIntyre who plays at Oulton Hall winning last year's American Golf Junior Championship in the under-8s, and now competing at the Wee Wonders tournament at St Andrews. By providing the Little Pitchers package to everyone under 16, who knows - we may discover the next Rory McIlroy."

The ‘Little Pitchers' package is available to all under 16s who accompany an adult, and is available to book at the following QHotels properties:
