PING unveils its 2018 Spring/Summer ladies apparel collection.

To help female golfers play and look their best

Highlighting the company’s dedication to helping female golfers both look and play their best, PING has designed its latest range to combine industry-leading apparel technologies with considered, yet vibrant, colour palettes.

The lead colour story is Amplified Pink, which offers a vibrant, feminine palette, combining hot pink and a softer peony pink with tonal shades of dark citadel grey. Soft-touch fabrics are utilised to provide long-lasting comfort and a stylish, feminine feel, both on and off the course.

Inspired by key trends, the Focus colour story is a refined palette of cobalt, combined with a softer palace blue, to complement foundations such as navy and white. Simple, effortless styling creates a sophisticated on-course statement.

The polo shirt offering is led by Sienna and Dee, which incorporate COOLMAX® ALL SEASON fabric technology. This innovation maximises the transportation of moisture away from the body to keep the wearer cool and dry on hot days, helping to optimise performance.

Featuring Sensor Cool Technology, Shelby is a jacquard performance polo that features an eye-catching diamond textured fabric, with a contrast colour key hole placket.

The elegant Alisha dropped hem V-neck sweater is engineered from premium, soft-touch merino, featuring side splits and contrast colour side panels. Technical benefits include natural thermal and moisture moving properties.

Clara, a visually-striking, mechanical stretch pleated short, is another new design for SS18. Available in two colours, the fragmented print design has been inspired by modern camouflage fashion trends and features moisture moving properties, as well as a conveniently located scorecard pocket.

Every garment in the line carries the PING ladies logo, which exemplifies the brand’s unwavering commitment to helping lady golfers get the most out of their game.

The Sensor Platform:

The Sensor platform from PING is an innovative technological system designed to ensure that every garment worn is specifically engineered to respond to the body’s requirements and the demands of the game, whatever the conditions.

Sensor Cool – Engineered to be worn next to the skin, Sensor Cool moisture moving technology draws excess perspiration from the skin. This will keep the golfer dry for the duration of a round and beyond, guaranteeing exceptional comfort levels in all conditions. Each Sensor Cool garment is crease resistant and formed from stretch fabrics designed to complement the athletic movements made during a golf swing.

Sensor Warm – Sensor Warm technology embodies a thermal layer, designed to trap warm air and maintain a preferable body temperature. This layer also works as a barrier to resist wind chill and the subsequent affect it can have on a swing. Sensor Warm garments are designed to minimise weight and therefore distraction through the use of breathable and stretch fabrics. Such qualities also enable the garments to work with your body to respond to the demands of a round.

Sensor Dry – This technology provides ultimate, long-lasting waterproof and windproof protection from all the elements. The garments incorporating Sensor Dry are air permeable and therefore truly breathable. The outerwear is specifically cut in lightweight and noiseless fabrics to eradicate distractions often associated with weather protective garments, while the fabrics used hold stretch qualities intended to move with your body through the golf swing.
